The Pickers Role introduces in a clear easy to understand outline of what Pickers are expected to learn in the Instructional Design & Evaluation Outline. Pickers are informed of tips and tricks to help them have fun while problem solving for a better picking experience. Pickers are also supplied with different card sized reminders that can be attached to their ID badges that will serve as helpful guides for extra clarification to help them while they are alone in the Pickmods.

Pickers will have the necessary knowledge to utilize by reading the creative content on the Picker Instructional portable Design cards. Pickers will understand the details of their role and maintain accurate pick rates. Pickers will be made aware of their Performance Outcomes and Objectives. Pickers will be able to apply the Problem Solve instructional design model, and provide feedback for instructional

design project solutions, in which will fine tune creation of an instructional plan touching on a wide range of solutions that address a wide range of issues in order to provide Pickers with achievable objectives and outcomes.

Pickers will gain understanding of the current layout of the Pickmods environment by analyzing its detailed arrangement. A detailed design of the building's layout will be provided from the tools and methods that are already in place to elevate the effectiveness of the learning materials. In turn, applying the basic knowledge acquired to developing and creating more personalized plans.

Regarding the Amazon Culture, Pickers will come into the awareness of applying various learning strategies to effectively communicate and carry out the learning objectives. The Pickers critical thinking skills will be expanded and the knowledge of available information for creating effective and engaging instructional material will become enhanced. PDF files will be provided upon hire as an awesome additional resource for tutorials on increasing better pick performance.

The essential goal is making sure the Pickers have knowledge of and access to the Pickers Tips & Tricks Instructional Guide Rubrics readily available for download and badge size additions to associates login badges.
